Saw/Overhead Crane Operator (3:30pm - 12;00am) 2nd Shift

Summary/Objective

The Saw operator is responsible for handling saw requirements for the Scale Shop operation. The position runs production lots, communicates with co-workers regarding productions runs, and maintains a safe, organized and clean work environment while supplying work centers.

CNC Machinist ( 3:30pm - 12:00am, 2nd Shift )

Summary/Objective

The CNC machinist sets up and operates computer numerical
control machines to fabricate parts. The CNC machinist sets up the machine to
specifications based on prints, loads parts and operates the machine, cycles
machine and detects malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged
cutting tools. The position runs production lots, communicates with co-workers
regarding productions runs, and maintains a safe, organized and clean work
environment.

Software Engineer, (Embedded Programmer)

Summary/Objective

The embedded software engineer develops specifications for moderately complex software programming applications and modifies/maintains the existing software. This person works creatively to deliver cutting edge solutions to our customers. Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer

Summary/Objective

As a member of the technical staff, the industrial engineer will find ways to prevent waste and inefficiency in production processes. They will design efficient systems that integrate workers, information, machines, energy and materials to make products or provide services. The industrial engineer will also design equipment to coordinate production planning to minimize production issues and costs while ensuring products meet quality standards. They will design, develop and maintain manufacturing routes to maximize effectiveness, efficiency and space. The industrial engineer will also make sure the company complies with all industry standards for safety while meeting design standards and guidelines. They will also work in a support role as needed on less complex projects.

MIG Production Welder/Fabricator, (3:30pm - 12:00am) 2nd shift

Summary/Objective

The Production Welder requires knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principle methods involved in the production of precision parts is also required. Must pass practical/hands-on MIG welding test.

Production Test Technician (Electronics)

Summary/Objective

The electronics technician conducts, maintains, tests and repairs electrical/electronic printed circuit boards. The position applies knowledge of electronics and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation. The electronics technician provides skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas of manufacturing.

Punch Press Operator (2nd Shift)

Summary/Objective

The press operator is responsible for handling all machine press operations for the organization, as well as basic general labor duties in the department.

Powder Coat Painter

Summary/Objective

The Powder Painter is responsible for all set up of painting equipment and painting processes (powder, spray, or liquid) for the organization.

General Labor (7:00am-3:30pm) Wiring, Assembly, or Punch Press

Summary/Objective

The General Labor position is responsible for basic entry level duties and responsibilities in the any of the available departments, which includes assembly, electronics, load cell wiring, or punch press. This will include many of the duties listed below.

Maintenance Technician / HVAC + UEPA Freon License

Summary/Objective

This maintenance technician must have Industrial HVAC experience plus a Universal EPA Freon License. One should also have experience with temperature chambers, commercial HVAC units, industrial 3-phase wiring, and be able to work individually or as a team. This technician is also responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

Maintenance Technician, plus Carpentry

Summary/Objective

This maintenance technician position is responsible plumbing, light electrical work, and all phases of construction, including but not limited to metal building construction and wood frame carpentry. This technician is also responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

Stables Cleaner / Maintenance Handyperson

Summary/Objective

This position will report to the maintenance and facilities engineer, and 50% of the work day will consist of independent cleaning and maintenance of stables and property maintenance with the remaining time spent performing various basic functions within the maintenance department.
