MIG Production Welder/Fabricator, (3:30pm - 12:00am) 2nd shift

Summary/Objective

The Production Welder requires knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principle methods involved in the production of precision parts is also required. Must pass practical/hands-on MIG welding test.

CNC Machinist, Mazak HCN-6000 (3:30pm - 12:00am) 2nd shift

Summary/Objective MAZAK HCN – 6000 Operator

The CNC machinist sets up and operates computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts. The CNC machinist sets up the machine to specifications based on prints, loads parts and operates the machine, cycles machine and detects malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools. The position runs production lots, communicates with co-workers regarding productions runs, and maintains a safe, organized and clean work environment.

CNC Machinist, Mazak HCN-6000 (3:30pm - 12:00am) 2nd shift

Summary/Objective

The CNC Operator/FLOATER, does not sets up, but must operate computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts. This CNC Operator will conduct operations on various machines depending on the daily need. The will be set up to specifications based on prints, loads parts and operated accordingly.

Punch Press Operator (1st & 2nd shift) 7:00am-3:30pm, 3:30pm-12:00am

Summary/Objective

The press operator is responsible for handling all machine press operations for the organization.

Load Cell Wiring/Assembly ( 7:00am - 3:30pm )

Summary/Objective

The Load Cell wiring person is responsible for handling all aspects of wiring and assembly of cells for the organization. This is a very tedious job, performed with the use of a large magnifying glass.

Electronics Wiring / Entry Level Assembly

Summary/Objective

This position is responsible for all work load generated through this work center. You must be able to build product to print and work with engineers to accomplish special wiring for standard or customer builds.

Scale Shop Assembly, (3:30pm - 12:00am) 2nd shift

Summary/Objective

The General Labor position is responsible for basic entry level duties and responsibilities in the Scale Shop. Primary function is the use of hand tools and assembling industrial scales

Blaster Operator (3:30PM - Midnight) 2nd shift

Summary/Objective

The Blaster is responsible for handling blasting
operations for the organization.
